Virus ‘img317.zip’ or ‘Images.zip’
Thousands or millions of people are getting affected by the new virus or worm flowing in MSN Messenger called the “img317.zip†or “Images.zipâ€. There is 3 methods to get rid of it:
First Method:
Download the Worm Remover and special thanks to ThaiCert for making the application.
Second Method:
1. Close Your Messenger
2. End Task “winsyshp†in Task Manager Processes (CTRL+ALT+DEL)
3. Start > Run > type msconfig > startup > Uncheck Winsyshp
4. Go to C:\Windows\ and delete img317.zip and winsyshp
Third Method:
1. Close Your Messenger
2. End Task “winsyshp†in Task Manager Processes (CTRL+ALT+DEL)
3. Go to C:\Windows\ and delete img317.zip and winsyshp
5. Start > Run > Type regedit
6. At Registry Editor, go to directory : “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ Runâ€
7. You should find [Microsoft Visual Application] winsyshp.exe
8. Choose Data and Delete

Virus “MyGallery5156.zipâ€
In order to get rid of this worm, use the following method.
Download Avenger by Swandog, and unzip it to your desktop.

Open the program. Check the ‘Input script manually’ option.
Click the Magnifying Glass icon.
In the box that opens, paste everything in bolded blue text below (NOTE: You must include Files to delete or it will not work):
Files to delete:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\w32_mjd.dll
and click ‘Done’ !!!
Click the Traffic Light icon to start the program, and OK the prompts to reboot your PC.
